Asakusa-sen trains are joined to other standard (1435 mm) gauge railway lines, forming an important link between the two large Tôkyô airports, Narita and Haneda. In the east, Asakusa-sen trains continue from Oshiage over the lines of the Keisei Company, the Hokusô Company and the Chiba New Town Railway Company to the medical university Inba Nihon Idai and also further on via the Narita Sky Access line and the Narita Kûkô Kôsoku Tetsudô to Narita Airport. They also may continue from Narita to the Higashi Narita-sen (Keisei Company) and the Shibayama railway to Shibayama Chiyoda. Moreover, Asakusa-sen trains also travel over the Keisei Honsen via Keisei Tsudanuma and Sakura. Conversely, Keisei, Hokusô and Chiba New Town Railway Company trains work over the Asakusa-sen, mainly to Haneda Airport, which is reached via the Keihin Kyûkô Company’s line branching off at 7 Sengakuji.
In the southwest many services, worked by trains from various companies (Asakusa-sen trains proper, as well as Keihin Kyûkô, Keisei, Hokusô and Chiba New Town trains) branch off – as mentioned – at 7 Sengakuji onto the Keihin Kyûkô Company’s line to Keikyû Kamata and the Haneda Airport. Other services, including ones operated by Asakusa-sen trains, may continue over the Keihin Kyûkô line to Yokohama and even as far as Misakiguchi on the Miura Peninsula. Conversely, there is quite frequent operation of Keihin Kyûkô trains over the Asakusa-sen and beyond, all the way to Narita Airport.
There are also trains all the way from Narita Airport to 1 Nishi Magome.
